Hotel Resol Sasebo offers a wonderful location right above the bus station and close to the train station, making travel so easy. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with my luggage and recommending great local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions and a variety of options, including fresh coffee.

Laundry facilities available, reasonably priced for a load. Nice touch with the microwave in the laundry area for convenience.

Room felt cramped for a longer stay, especially with small bed size and limited maneuvering space. Bathroom showed age, and sticky tiles weren't a great look. Air conditioning could use some improvement, as the heat made it stuffy. Minimal outlets in inconvenient spots.

We enjoyed the convience of nearby stores and restaurants during our stay, which was perfect for our large family. The traditional breakfast offered was a delightful blend of flavors that everyone loved, making our mornings a food adventure!

The Deluxe Twin Room I stayed in was cozy, and I loved having laundry facilities nearby. They also offered massages and foot reflexology for a nice unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the mini-fridge could be a bit bigger, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

Couples looking for convenience

The location was key, being just above the bus terminal, made catching my ride to the airport really simple. The breakfast, wow, had this amazing ham and egg sandwich and plenty of local choices that felt unique, not your usual hotel fare.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The Double Room was decent for my stay. The shower was awesome, really nice rain shower setup. But the pillows weren't very comfortable, felt plastic-y. The fridge was tiny, barely fit anything. Plus, I wished I could have breakfast without the coupon deal. Good A/C and WiFi, though!

Superb location, right above the bus station and a short stroll to the city center. The morning meals were beautifully presented, blending Japanese and Western styles. Staff were super attentive, even made my room available early. Very chill overall!
